Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily system operations to ensure all functions properly in working.
- Provides instruction, assistance and support services responding to system end-users.
- Coordinate new store implementation, monitoring of system housekeeping activities and manage software training, including onsite supports.
- Utilizes knowledge of systems to assist in identifying processes and constructing process flows.
- General support including problem resolution, process mapping, security access and training.
- Work closely with user and vendor for scheduling, developing, implementing system and new store open.
- Offering users appropriate support and advices
- Involve in project implementation, assisting to the Project manager, e.g. documentation, system specification, system integration test, user training, user acceptance test and cutover
- Preparing the administrative procedures for new store devices.
Requirement:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- With 3 years’ experience in project implementation, especially Dynamics AX, is preferred
- Experience in gathering user/ systems requirements, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions
- Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Fri
Salary Range: Negotiable (put expected salary on CV)
