Responsibilities:
- Staff Management.
- Controlling cash flow and budgeting.
- Conduct regular coaching and training staff.
- Manage and motivate the service team.
- Keep excellent quality of service for customers.
- Be responsible for hygiene.
- Reporting for income and expense.
- Maintain sales volume.
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
Requirement:
- Male or Female.
- Age 25-35 years.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relation fields.
- At least 2-3 years in supervisor or marketing in Cafe Shop industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English skills (writing and speaking).
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
- Positive attitude to direction and able to work under pressure.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (halfday)
Salary Range: 450$-600$
