Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receives products and counts the sufficient amount or serial code/number.
- Prepares the items with the sufficient/accurate amount match with the delivery note.
- Records serial numbers where applicable.
- Organizing stock on shelves and buckets.
- Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects.
- Counts stock monthly and verifies the actual amount with delivery note.
- Keep tracking all activities of stock in/out.
- Manages sufficient stock to fit with Sales activities..
- Items returns and repair equipment.
- Arranges repairing and returning with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Identifies the rules of manufacturer of suitable place condition.
- Keeping fleet vehicles’ maintenance, insurance and accident records up to date.

Booking vehicles repairs and service appointments when needed.
Skill, Ability and Experiences:
- Bachelor degree level.
- Good in English.
- Good in communication skill and customer service.
