Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to raise customers and meet sales goals
- Provide training, motivating, mentoring and feedback to staffs
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual product standards
- Distribute and implement promoting and marketing the business
- Report on Customer trends and needs
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Be as example of well behavior and high performance to staff
Requirement:
- 3 years experiences, Experience in Italy Restaurant is preferred (Foods and Wines)
- Bachelor/ Master Degree, or equivalent
- Be able to schedule working and leading to staff
- Proven successful experience as a store manager
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Excellent Customer relation management skills and Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Business
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & email …)
- Good at English Languages (Be able to Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading)
- Be able to work under pressure, and diversity
- Be honest, polite, and good attitude/ behavior
- Good communication skills
- Stay in positive under pressures
Working Hour: 9:00-14:00PM / 17:00-22:00PM (Split Time Base)
Working Date: 1week day off 1day
Salary Range: 500$-700$
