Responsibilities:
- Greet customers who enter the restaurant
- Deliver bills and accept payment, and Being responsible for cash processing and card payments
- Answer questions from customers
- Report problems to the manager
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Keep the restaurant in tidy and clean conditions
- Be responsible dealing with customers’ complaints
- Keep up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
- Show customers to their seats and present our variety of dishes and drinks
- Advise on the best choices for each customer
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Work with other staff as a team
- Good communication skills
- Stay in positive under pressure
Requirement:
- 1 year experience, Experience in restaurant is prefer
- High school/ Under-graduated, or equivalent
- Good at English Languages (Be able to Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading)
- Excellent Appearance, Grooming and Hygiene
- Have a friendly and engaging personality
- Have a confident manner, and communication skill
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage, and catering
- Knowledge of the seat and disk formats
- Have a skill in guiding customer to get the well service
- Be able to work under pressure, and diversity
- Be honest, polite, and good attitude/ behavior
Working Hour: 10:00AM-14:30PM / 17:30PM-22:00PM
Working Date: 1 week day off 1day
