Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate domestic and international transportation and logistics programs and strategies to support company needs, growth strategies, and to control total freight spend, on-time delivery, and delivery quality.
- Responsible for sourcing domestic and international logistic providers including qualifications, price, selection and on-going management.
- Establish and maintain provider performance metrics
- Negotiate rates and business terms with logistic providers to maximize efficiency, on-time delivery, and minimize cost.
- Responsible for the compliance with all import/export, trade and transportation regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal logistics department personnel, including daily activities associated with domestic and international transportation, shipment tracking, warehouse and receiving activity, freight claims, cost controls, on-time delivery and communication.
- Communicate with and train purchasing, shipping and customer service department personnel regarding domestic and international logistics programs and to address any shipping issues.
- Responsible for the coordination of transfers and stock trucks for all locations in cooperation with the Inventory Control department.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree related to position
- Experience in logistics and clearance
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working
- Working experience from 1-3 years in logistics
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional writing and speaking skills in English language Good communication skills in both Khmer and English
- Self-motivated and able to work hard, leadership skill, Honesty and friendly
Working Hour:7:30am-5:30pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (half day)
Salary Range: 400$-700$
