Objectives
- Actively promote and build awareness and understanding of TCS services
- Actively seek new clients for TCS services
- Promote TCS as a result focused and innovative L&D service provider
- Achieve sales activity targets for TCS services
- Ensure sales support systems are effective
Main Tasks
- Attend networking events and perform cold calling to find new prospects
- Maintain contact list of current clients and prospects
- Provide regular reports to CEO on sales activity
- Assist with the handling of enquiries and complaints related to TCS services
- Create and maintain sales support systems to support the sales team and sales agents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment for sales team
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties and logistical tasks to support the sales team
Experience and Skills Required
- Degree qualified in business related field such as marketing or management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Good understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to interact with all levels / types of people
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Professional attitude, honest and hard working
- Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Computer literacy
- Own transport
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-FriSalary Range: 286$-400$
