Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of showroom.
- Make sure all staff obey rules and regulations set by Manager.
- Assure customer’s satisfaction and good impressions with the company’s services and products.
- Set goals and objectives with thes internal departments and do performance appraisal regularly.
- Monitor and develop staff performance and skills: train, develop and monitor staff’s skill and performances Monitoring and improving subordinates’ performance and service behavior
- Coordinate with internal departments & operations for serving all customer requirements
- Ensure timely feedback and complain handling is efficient and achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide necessary information to customers as they need
- Promote, Consult, and Demonstrate GFG Products and Services.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirement:
- Chinese and English Speaking is Required
- 3 year experience or more in managing Jewelry shop
- Strong knowledge in Sales-Marketing
- Male or Female age between 28-35 years old with Good Appearance
- Excellent Communication, and Presentation Skill
- Goal oriented, able to work under pressure
- Flexible working hour
- Working Hour: 8:00 to 3:00 or 3:00-to 9:00pm
- Working Date: 1 day off per week except Sat and Sun
- Salary Range: USD 400-800
