Job Description:
- Contract and agreement management
- Expense claims, payment voucher management (including branches at province)
- Process business application for sales staffs
- Name cards printing and office stationary
- Receipts, leave application, attendance and other administrative application forms management
- Distribute the Monthly phone allowance for sales staffs
- Sales directory
Knowledge, skills and qualified:
- Bachelor degree of administration, sales & marketing or other relevant
- At least 01 year experience
- Good in Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email
- Good command, spoken and written in English or Chinese
