Responsibilities

 

  • Develops Oligo new counter in Phnom Penh & Provinces, plan design for counters and contract agreement.
  • Insures the transparency of the implementation of trade promotions and programs for event that related to M T channel.
  • Lead the MT sales team and PGs
  • Develop your channel strategy to discuss with CEO.
  • Ensures agreed standards of stock pressure, stock display and presentation for all product lines under your control are met or exceeded
  • Maintains close working relationships with all major customers in your territory.
  • Ensure sales and distribution target in your channel are achieved or exceeded
  • Evaluates and develops skills level of the Modern Trade team

Requirement:

 

  • Ensures Modern Trade sales team and PG are aware of sales and marketing activities to implement them in a cost and time effective manner. Feedback on how the activities running.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisal and recommendation to CEO
  • Assist CEO in sales targets setting and work towards achieving them
  • Assist CEO and work closely with Marketing Manager in developing key strategy to grow the business in you channel.
  • 5Ensure SR’s perform their tasks as per job description with particular reference to
  • stock volume and in store stock pressure levels
  • stock display and merchandising placement
  • rotation of stock to minimize out of date lines
  • sales promotion activities
  • adherence to correct procedures and policies
  • Plan and manage the growth of the Modern Trade universe to meet or exceed agreed target. Keeps updated with new outlet opening and outlets closing to reduce possible exposure to debt.
  • Effectively handles customer complaints and provides training to the Modern Trade sales team in dealing with complaints in an effective and timely manner
  • Effectively monitor Accounts Receivables to agreed limits and co-operates effectively with the Accounts department to reduce levels of debt
  • Conduct weekly regular meeting on staff performance and activities implementation in order to find key issue, corrective action and recommend to CEO for improvement
  • Weekly update on sales and distribution MTD achievement.
  • Provide promotion report and feedback during and after promotion period to CEO.
  • Provide distribution outlets up date in Modern Trade Channel to CEO for every end of the month.
  • Ensure the subordinates are doing their jobs in respect of their responsibility and commit to the set target
  • Provide monthly or every two week of report on competitors’ activities and propose counter attack strategy
  • Report directly to CEO
  • Perform any other duties required by CEO

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat (3:00pm)
