Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sale, marketing & planning management in the steel industry
  • Developing and executing the sales strategy across the market; with an emphasis on acquiring new customers and identifying growth areas.
  • Retaining and growing valuable corporate relationships.
  • Participate in trade fairs and congresses in order to maintain / improve the level of market competitiveness through constant industry contact
  • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications;
  • Confer with potential customers regarding products needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase;
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates;
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of distributor, Construction company, project and developer or other subjects of sale;
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts;
  • Oversee regional and local sales supervisors and their staffs;
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs;
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures;
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in business or any related field;
  • 3 year or more managerial experiences in Steel Sales is vital; with a clear understanding about steel products and market knowledge
  • An already established network within the industry is preferred
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.

  • Tube Steel, Steel, Pipe (Construction Materials Experiences)
  • 3 years or more in the relevant industry (Construction materials)
  • BBA or higher in related files

Working Hour: 8AM to 5:30PM, Peak 1:30hrs

Working Date: Monday to Saturday (full)

Salary Ranking: USD500-1000USD/month
