Responsibilities:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
– Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people by set individual sales targets with sales team.
– Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team. After that evaluate performance of sales staff are needed.
– Plan and direct sales team training. After that provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
– Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
– Generate timely sales reports
– Develop pricing schedules and rates, develop promotional ideas and material and formulate sales policies and procedures
– Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis. Through this analyze data to identify sales opportunities are needed.
Requirement:
– Male & Female
– Bachelor degree in Marketing and business or related professional qualification
– At least 3 year experience with this position
– Good communication with English or Chinese if possible
– Leadership skill
– Building material knowledge, or Food and Beverage knowledge
– Strong Commitment with self-confident, negotiation skill and interpersonal skill.
– Good looking appearance, positive attitude, high responsible, flexible, challenging, and honest.
Working Hour: 7:30am-5:15pm
Working Date: day off 1 day per week
