Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with Branch Manager and Head of Deposit & Service on contribution of development and accomplishment of selling strategies for the deposit line business such as saving, payroll, payment and merchant management by the region.
  • Working with Branch Sale Manager and Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to identify potential target customers of each service to ensure the branch under support meet their goal.
  • Support Customer Relation Officer (CRO) and branch counter staff in meeting and doing service presentation with customers in back and frond office.
  • Work with Branch Sale Manager and Customer Relationship Officer to ensure the successful monthly promotion strategy.
  • Monitor and follow up branch and sub-branch under your support on saving, payroll, payment and merchant recruitment.
  • Assist Deposit & Services Manager to identify the key selling proposition in order to develop an attractive presentation and other selling materials.
  • Search for new potential customers to make presentation, customer retention, and collect customer’s feedback.
  • Involve in risk identification and mitigation strategies as well as the implementation of those strategies to enable business growth at acceptable level.
  • Report to Deposit& Services Manager

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in these area (banking/microfinance experience is preferred)
  • Experience mobilizing savings is an advantage
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Very strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel for field work at any branch or sub-branch

 

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: Mon-Fri

Salary Range: 500USD to 700USD

Commission: Have

Public Holiday: Labor law

Bonus:  provides competitive salary package to its employees with multiple bonus and other benefits, including Khmer New Year bonus, Pchum Ben bonus, incentive, pension fund, 100% medical insurance for employee’s spouse and dependences for local treatment and for staff is up to USD 2,000 for oversea treatment, 24 hours accident insurance, staff loan for education purpose with only 2% interest rate per year, USD 300 bonus for both maternity or paternity and up to USD 1,000 if surgery required, 18 days annual leave, capacity building per job requirement, and good working condition in accordance to the Cambodian Labor Law.
