Responsibilities:
- Set up, and monitor SFE key performance indicator and procedure
- check and control sales focus accuracy
- tool for sale force (segmentation, targeting and SF mapping)
- support heads of business to ensure affiliate understanding and implementation of SEF measures
- Develop sale competency development structure, Roadmap
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annually regional analysis of SFE implementation
- Reviewing and aligning sales incentives scheme (monthly incentive, yearly sales target, and pay-out condition) and ensuring model are market competitive and drive target selling behavior.
- Lead new BDM in building the strengthen information
- Provide the solution or tool in business need
- Lead the entire SFE process for flawless deployments including planning, sale team communication and execution tracking.
- Provide consulting of sale force effectiveness to sale team, understanding of business fundamentals, strategy and organize issues.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years industry experience in a sales/SFE and mid to senior level marketing/sales management role.
- Excellent at implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve desired results Able to identify new trends in the market and design sale strategies and campaigns to respond to them
- Active, initiative, decisive, time management and a confident public speaker
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Strong communication skill and able to interact with people at all levels within the company and externally
- Excellence Planning and Organizing Skill
- Knowledge of market research, relevant product and industry knowledge

- Good knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness.
