Qualification:
– Marketing related degree
– Two or three year experience in sales or marketing related to freight forwarder field.
– PC Literate (MS Office, Internet, Email)
– Ability to self-motivate and multi-tasks
– Numerical skills
– Well spoken and writing in English is a must, well spoken in Chines is a plus
– Demonstrated to work under pressure and deadline
– Aiming to archive monthly and annual target
– Able to work as a team in fast-pace environment and have strong interpersonal skills
– Pro-active, hard working, honest, confident, patience and result oriented
– Have own transportation
– Long-term commitment with the company.
Job Description
– Generate revenue and finding customers
– Organizing sales visit
– Establish new business
– Answering inquiry from customer
– Follow up with customer after rate submitted
– Deal with customer complains by investigating issue and come up with solutions.
– Create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
– Find new sales lead/send sales lead for generate new business
– Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
– Coordinate sales effort with team member and other departments
– Attending trade exhibition, conference and meting
– Supply management with reports on customer needs, problem, interest, competitive activities and potential for new services.
– Update sales report
– Setting new strategy to get the sales targets
– Other task appointed by the managers
Working Date: Monday-Saturday (work half day on Saturday)
Working Hours: 8:00am-12:00am/1:30PM-5:30pm
Allowances : (Gasoline and phone): base on actual usage
Public Holiday: as per government
Bonus: 1 month base on company profitability
