Salary: USD500-800
Responsibilities:
1- Commit to achieve the sales target assigned
2- Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative marketing strategies
3- Actively seek potential tenants/customer
4- Handle and follow up enquiries from clients
5- Develop and maintain relationship with the customers and other stakeholders
6- Maintain and develop the relationship with the agents and supplier
7- Develop the Sales department database
8- Support to organize events for related projects
9- Manage the administrative works relating to sale process as assigned
10- Other duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
1- University degree preferably in Marketing or related field
2- Good communication skills in Khmer and English ( Chinese and/or Japanese is preferable)
3- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales for condominium or leasing commercial property
4- Hard working, motivated, and result-oriented
5- Professional and well presented
6- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7- Pro-active, flexible, good team spirit
