Responsibilities:
- Managing outlet in accordance with the franchised standard of operations
- Managing staff to ensure 100% customer satisfaction; and company’s regulations are
- Training and improving all employees to a high proficiency level.
- Doing inventory on timely basis and ensure accuracy (Product stock and supply levels).
- Ensuring staff understand and maintain appropriate food safety standards and handling
- Ensuring the standard of operation is strictly followed in an assigned shift.
- Monitor and control customer service and product quality.
- Responsible to solve the problem of customer complaint.
- Maintain physical environment of restaurant.
- Preparing operating checklists.
- Planning on products ordering according to forecast.
- Responsible for recruiting staff, motivating and coaching.
- Conduct point of sale and closing activities. Other assignments delegated by
- Restaurant Manager
Front-of-house:
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards.
- Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
- Advising customers on menu and wine choice.
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Housekeeping:
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
Requirement:
- 18 years old up.
- Graduate or post graduate degree preferably in business management.
- At least 1-3 years experiences in related field.
- Youth spirit, energetic, passionate, pleasant personality, and service minded.
- Leadership and team management, able to plan, organize, lean and motivate people.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
Benefit:
