Responsibilities:
- Ensure the high-quality standard of service providing to customer in restaurant
- Identify, research and resolve client issues
- Ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably
- Responsible and maintaining high standards of food and service
- Manage and train staff to make sure that all staff performs their task well
- Organize local marketing and other promotion
Requirement:
- Experience in the restaurant is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop team members and the ability to motivate staff
- Honest, dedicated and motivated
- Strong leadership, team work and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible with schedule and able to work under pressure
Working Hour: 6:00am-3:00pm, 12:00am-9:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Sun (4day off per month)
