Job Responsibilities
Responsibility for the overall business performance
- Grow, analyze and plan sales and profitability
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
- Coordinate marketing and communications strategies with our agency
- Provide daily and weekly reports
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
- Agree budgets with the senior management
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during schedules shifts
- Recruit, train, manage and motivates staff
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice
- Maintain highest standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
Requirement:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- 3 years experiences as restaurant manager
- Proficiency in English and Khmer, other languages a plus
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Financial management skills
Working Hour: 10:00am-2:00pm_4:00pm-10pm
Working Date: Mon-Sun (1week day off 1day)
Salary Range: $800
