Responsibilities
- Prepare written reports that estimate property values to meet appraisal standards.
- Compute final estimation of property values, taking into account such as depreciation, replacement costs, value comparison of similar properties, and income potential.
- Inspect properties to evaluate construction, condition, special features, and functional design, and to take property measurements.
- Obtain land values and sales information about nearby properties to aid in establishment of property values.
- Interview concerning persons to obtain relevant information.
- Examine the type and location of nearby services to evaluate their impact on property values.
- Draw land layout/diagram that will be used in appraisal reports to support findings.
- Direct marketing to business partner and banks same level (Credit or load officer)
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Land Management, Economic and Finance or other related field.
- 2- 3 years’ experience in property evaluating & research.
- Strong organizational, communication skills & problem solving
- Well communication in English
- Computer knowledge in Ms. Office
- Hard work and flexible, able to work under pressure
