Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Record all the visitors and phone calling information on a list by excel.
- Manage daily budget in cash box, Translate issued expense invoice into English and record it to list.
- Record mechanic activities in a day.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc…
Requirement:
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
- Professional appearance.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
- High school degree
Working Hour: 7AM to 11AM, 1PM to 5PM
Working Date: Day off one day per week
Salary Range: 100$-200$
Commission: N/A
Public Holiday: Khmer new year, Pchum Ben, Water festival
