Responsibilities:
- Owner/Tenant Relations: Manage overall customer relations, customer complaints and services delivery. Follow up all issues with the owners of the property. Communicate effectively and regularly with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the services being provided. Ensure consistent and uniform delivery of services.
- Financial Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budget process. Review operating statements and reports to ensure compliance. Develop and oversee cost control initiatives. Review and recommend major capital expenditure programs.
- Houses handover management: Manage a contract administration team. Manage and follow up all the houses handover process to customers. Solve all problems related to the house handover process. Keep all related documents after the handover process finishes.
- Customer Care Unit: Provide directives and guidance to Customer Care Unit staff. Involve in negotiations and resolution of issues/requests for house revision/modification with property residents or tenants.
- Operations management: Implement and oversee maintenance program for all properties. Oversee service contract awarding and effectiveness. Oversee all life, security, safety and health initiatives for residents in Orkidé Villa projects. Develop, implement and oversee innovative best in industry practices. Ensure facilities operate within the objectives of the residents and the business plan.
- Staffing. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and performance of staff under the department.
- Projects: Represent the company in meetings with professionals, industry fora and government institutions to generate relationships for future business development. Address business opportunities, investments and challenges through both internal, external organizational and networking activities.
- Leadership: This position requires excellent leadership skills who can help take our management team to a higher level.
- Do other tasks as assigned by COO.
Requirement:
Education/Experience
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in related field. Advanced degree and/or industry certifications and designations are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience in a commercial real estate management company.
- Must have a good working knowledge of commercial building mechanical and building systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and can manage workload efficiently. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English. Knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
