Job Description:
– Check the progress of production in comparison to the plan and handle with abnormality/error
– Can understand production steps & production flows.
– Can check the achievement status of production volume and quality level in comparison to the plan. Can judge abnormality and implement appropriate countermeasures.
– Patrol all production lines and find/improve unsafe behavior & dangerous portion.
– Make/Revise Work Procedure Sheet & Operation Manual Sheet (Instruction for production staff to clarify standard work procedures & operational actions)
– Can distinguish right efficient procedures & inefficient procedures and understand safety & Quality points.
– Can show the good example of work procedures and instruct production staff through actual job.
– Improve work procedures of production staff. Have enough knowledge about improvement of production process & work efficiency
– Can improve both the preparation of work (location of assembly parts & operational tools) & staff’s work itself in order to promote more efficient work, safer work and more accurate work to avoid mistakes.
– Lead group activity for quality improvement. Have enough knowledge about quality control method
– Can discuss/implement concrete actions for quality improvement with production staff beyond the improvement of work procedures. Can instruct production staff about the way of data summary/analysis & how to make countermeasures.
* Understand TIE basics, QC 7 tools, Manpower management for operation productivity improvement
Job Requirement:
– Age: 20 ~ 30
– Sex: Male is preferred
– Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree (preferable in mechanic, electronic, or automotive)
– GPA: 2.75up
– TOEIC Score: Score 500 up (preferable)
– Primary mathematics ability
– English communication
– Basic PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point)
– Open mind & team work mind
