Job description:
Responsible for production preparation, working standard making and production process improvement checking, reporting, and improving productivity
Job Duty:
– Set up working plan according to company direction and target
– Prepare and control budget plan, organization and manpower plan
– Improve section working process, subordinate work skills, awareness and working mindset
– Follow up, evaluate working results
– Give advices to subordinates and make the decision for solving the problems
– Analyze, find out the solution to improve and follow productivity problems with on-site verification, FMEA, QA network approaches
– Develop plan and conduct production process improvement
– Communicate with other sections to facilitate work of own team
– Control subordinates to follow company code of practice and company regulation
– Motivate subordinate and develop good working environment
– Follow up working and company target control activity
– Do the additional assignments
– Work and control subordinate to work in conditions which minimize the impact to environment
Requirement:
– Age: 25 ~ 30
– Sex: Male would be preferable
– Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering of Mechanic, Electronic or Automotive
– GPA: 2.75up
– TOEIC: Score 500 up (preferable)
– Experience in Production Engineering (more than 1year)
– Knowledge of Machine Equipment
– English communication
– PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point)
– Open mind & team work mind
– Friendliness toward all associates.
– Moderate or above in English communication
