RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform phone verification efforts through call outs; to record phone verification details
made for each loan application. - To achieve phone verification effectiveness and efficiency by increasing the completion rate
made in a day. - To initiate update of information by recording discrepancies advised by customer through
phone conversation. - To focus phone verification efforts on selected work list and/or priority applications assigned
by superior. - To ensure compliance with local policies, rules and regulations.
- Creates/ provides input to documents, reports on phone verification process.
- Other projects and activities related to the verification system as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in related fields as such business, economics, finance and banking, etc.
- Ability to converse in English is essential.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge about the MS office
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
company. - Result oriented with high integrity.
