Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the building service to ensure a smooth operation and quality result.
- Deal with customer’s complaint by both direct and indirect reasons.
- Manage the operating sites or site under construction works.
- Manage all the documentation and legal documents between customers, company, local authorities and staff employees.
- Manage staff employees to ensure best performance through any human resources methodologies.
- Inspect and check all tasks above.
- Prepare staff payroll and ensure staff attendance.
- Ensure company’s income by regularly and accurately, collect payment from residential owners or tenants.
- Ensure a good cashiering and bookkeeping service for both residential owners and rental companies.
- Other duties and task assigned by manager.
Requirement:
- Experience : at least 2 year of Hotel Management or Apartment Operation
- Report to : Hotel/Apartment Manager
