Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations department including loan disbursement planning, collection and strategies to reach the profitability,
- Take part in reviewing, developing and updating the business plan, strategic planning and operational planning for MFI,
- Effective implementation of the business objectives and strategies of Prime MF in order to achieve the desired goals,
- Ensure the credit policy, guideline and procedures are well implemented and maintained with quality and strongly adhered by staff within department,
- Conduct survey and research in close relation with marketing and product
Development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion,
- Work with finance department to ensure the repayment is well collected and maintain good quality of loan portfolio performance and management report in an effective and efficient manner,
- Participate in staff recruitment and keep track on staff development to ensure the proper training; coaching and mentoring that all staff are professional; high commitment and working in harmonized environment,
- Provide backup supports to other ,branches in term of manpower, funding and customer services,
- Perform other task assigned by CEO.

- Holding 5 branches at Takmao, Shoung, Pochentong, Ruesey Keo, head office at PP
Requirement:
- Age 25 to 45 years ,
- At least BBA in management, finance and banking, Accounting, auditing and Economics, MBA is an asset,
- Min 03 years experiences in microfinance or banking or NGO operations along with at least 02 years managerial level
- Honesty; initiative; creativity; flexibility; commitment and good inter-personal skills,
- Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet),
Ability to effectively communicate in English. - Comprehensive English communication skills (to the top management)
Problem solving and decision making skills. - Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations,
Knowledge of risk management framework and regulatory reporting
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (half)
Salary Range: 1300$-2500$
