Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety or minimum stock is enough for support operation and project site (Reorder Level)
- Ensure the available stock for win project or customer PO to meet the deadline
- Communicate with Sale, Accountant for update the stock status
- Make all the purchase request for any inventory item to fulfill the safety stock
- Make sure all documents related to logistics transportation are well organized
- Check the documents (Packing, invoices, BL…) are all correct
- Make sure the container arrives on the time of import schedule
- Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Control and monitor all transport process to ensure all the product reach the destination on time within cost efficiency
- Corporate with stock manager and manage labor for arriving the stock at warehouse
- Receive the inventory in system and return if any problems base on the document
- Contact with supplier for any different from PO
- Calculate the shipping cost
- Ensure that movement of every single inventory item, follow the process, have enough document support and well record in system
