Requirement:
- Recognized Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent or related fields.
- At least 3 years of related experience in marketing management or promotion
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm and Good communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations, Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Understanding of retail laws, security, and health and safety,
- Work independently and good working relationship with other depts.
- Good organizational skills
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with supplier and production team to ensure proper service level agreement delivery.
- Implement marketing plans and strategy for the store and drive sales promotion initiatives, events for the store. This will include preparing promotional materials and displays for branding awareness.
- Prepare annual marketing budget and set for periodic target achievement with proper assessment tracking status and review.
- Maximize profitability by monitoring sales agendas.
- Responsible on sales team management in order to reach target.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
