Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate business strategic plans and marketing programmes together with related BU and business leaders
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
  • Develop campaign for building user acquisition and for driving usage
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends/opportunities
  • Develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations
  • Build and consolidate business intelligence and generate insights of impact to business performance
  • Lead marketing efforts across key communication platforms, focusing on awareness building
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives
  • Copy writing and validation of all content
  • Build strong relationships with key media contacts, bloggers and KOLs.
  • Create PR strategies to increase coverage of the company and the portfolio of brands, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate and manage digital agency in project design and implementation
  • Develop a media relations plan to maintain strong relationship and connection with key local media
  • Implement effective media buying strategies across all campaigns.
  • Develop channel marketing strategy in conjunction with key partners

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in strategy, hands-on marketing experience in the technology sector or a startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data with strategic mindset
  • Demand Generation & nurture campaign creation, execution and measurement experience.
  • Digital experiences on A/B testing, online marketing, familiar with banner advertising, eDM, digital analytics and social media channels.
  • Excellent knowledge of automated marketing tool like Localytics
  • Marketing funnel analysis. Comfortable using data to make recommendations and measure results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • You’re a team player but can also work independently, make decisions and are not afraid to work without a safety net
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Khmer

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat (full)

Salary Range: Negotiation

Allowance: Negotiation
