Responsibilities:

  •  Develop market channel, business network and relationship with relevant customers
  •  Plan and implement an effective company’s development strategy with emphasize on productivity, customer base expansion and business growth
  • Develop, establish and manage growth to increase sale revenue
  • Have market focus, organization development and build business emphasis
  • Pursue and secure new customers for APL products and services to meet the set goal
  • Ensure bids and presentations for customers are prepared and delivered on time following the standards
  • Organise and execute sales and marketing plans for customer in target industry verticals
  • Ensure management reporting timely and accurate. Generate sales leads to destination countries for business potentials.
  • Develop business network of service providers for expansion and creating the necessary infrastructure and capabilities with the aim to secure business.
  • Liaise and work wirh BD Manager, regional, global teams and communicate sales opportunities
  • Develop a customer database with information on each new logistics vertical and promote IFSS/supply chain program models for new customers.
  • Maintain regular contacts with existing customers to promote APLL products and services
  • And other assigned by authorized line superior

Requirement:

  • Relevant degree or professional Qualification
  • At least five year experience in supply chain management, logistics and shipping business
  • Excellent in English with proven communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands on experience in preparing business and analysis
  • Computer literate and good in MS office application.
  • Result oriented, mature and strong desire to work with operation and CS team.
  • Experience in identifying and meeting valid customer requirements.
  • Proven track record of sales development and growth in business
  • Good communication skills, people skills.
  • Ability to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Customer focused, solution oriented, and ability to present the company at a senior level.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00, 1.5 hour lunch break

Working Date: Mon to Sat (half day)

Public Holiday: Follow Government Prakas

Other allowances: : Phone, Petrol, Travel Expense, others.
