Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Standard of Operations is strictly followed in an assigned shift
- Use the checklist to ensure the store is ready for the opening
- Interact with customers and ensure 100% customer satisfaction in an assigned shift
- Ensure receiving procedures are followed according to standards
- Do inventory on a timely basis and ensure accuracy
- Plan on product ordering according to forecast by Manager
- Maintain the environment of restaurant ensuring it is clean both inside and outside
- Ensure all products serve to customers meet standard of operation
- Record any issues that occur during work, then consult with manager to solve the issues
- Conduct POS opening and closing activities, control cash ensuring no shortage
- Record the wastage during the assigned shift
- Ensure all staff follow the rules and regulations of the company
- Communicate any updates on procedures and policies to staff
- To work on any assignments delegated by Restaurant Manager
Requirement:
- Age 20-30 years old.
- Graduate or post graduate degree preferably in business management.
- At least 1-3 years experiences in related field.
- Youth spirit, energetic, passionate, pleasant personality, and service minded.
- Leadership and team management, able to plan, organize, lean and motivate people.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
Benefit:
