Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth, effective and efficient implementation of the company’s
- credit policy, procedures, guidelines and operational plan.
- Intervene in field tasks directly as prescribed by credit policy and procedures, e.g. participation in loan assessment.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of credit policy, procedures,
- guidelines, forms and other related documents.
- Identify and monitor risks in the loan portfolio and in the credit function.
Propose and implement mitigation solutions to credit risk. - Contribute to the development of operational and strategic plans, in particular regarding the operational planning of the branches.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance of each individual branch and of the
- whole company monthly, compare it to past performance, to IPR’s operational and strategic targets, and to the performance of other MFIs; propose and
- implement measures for improvement if appropriate.
- Perform business research and analysis as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional issues as required in cooperation with other Company Departments.
- At least three years of practical experience in loan management.
- Smart decision maker with good coordination skills, creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to work, able to perform multitasks within tight deadlines, ready to work occasionally overtime and to travel to the provinces.
- Knowledge of risk management framework and microfinance concepts.
- A sound working knowledge of computer (MS-Office, e-mail, Internet)
- Good command of English, both in speaking and in writing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- University degree in finance and bank or related field
- Chief CO level can apply also
Working Hour: 8:00 – 5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Fri
Salary Range: 400$-500$
