Responsibility:
- Contact customers needing service to determine the nature of the problem and decide what action to take
- Assign and schedule service calls for technicians/IT engineers
- Supervise the service department team
- Conduct site visits and assess performance of service team members
- Manage and update preventive maintenance plans for customers with maintenance contracts
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Handle returned parts for repair
- Assist service team members with troubleshooting and repairs
- Update service records for the customers
- Report to management on status and issues
Requirement:
- Associate Degree or Degree in computers, electronics, electrical technology, or closely related field
- High school diploma
- Experience with one or more of:
- CCTV systems
- Alarm systems (intrusion, fire)
- Access Control systems
- PA systems
- Telephone systems
- Network infrastructure
- Computer systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
- Be able to speak, read, and write English and Khmer
- Experience using computers (MS Office, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work overtime or on weekends/holidays if necessary
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-sat (full)
Public Holiday: follow by labor law, annual leave 18day per year
Other allowances: phone card and gasoline, insurance will get after probation
Bonus: if candidate didn’t use annual leave per year company will refund by cash, 13th monthly salary, if candidate performance good will get bonus per monthly.
