Responsibility:
- Oversee the operations of the IT department
- Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
- Work with project management to assign resources to projects
- Support sales and marketing department if required
- Check the quality of work at customer sites
- Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
- Plan and implement improvements in department procedures
- Improve staff technical skills and quality of work
- Report to management on status and issues
Requirement:
- High school diploma
- University degree preferred
- Extensive experience in any of the following:
- CCTV systems
- Alarm systems (intrusion, fire)
- Access Control systems
- PA systems
- Telephone systems
- Networks
- Computers
- Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows operation systems, etc.)
- At least 2 years of direct management experience
- Be able to speak, read, and write English and Khmer
- Experience using computers (MS Office, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work overtime or on weekends if required
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mpon-sat (full)
Salary Range: 700$-1000$
Commission: N/A
Public Holiday: follow by labor law, annual leave 18day per year
Other allowances: phone card and gasoline, insurance will get after probation
Bonus: if candidate didn’t use annual leave per year company will refund by cash, 13th monthly salary, if candidate performance good will get bonus per monthly.
