Duties and responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for Business Application Section and report to IT Manager. This role will manage and lead IT Supervisor and IT Officer.
1. Initiative and Propose new Software application/solution to support business requirement or enhance user productivity
• Initiating new software application/solution
• Presenting to management and get approval from them
• Starting implementation
2. Database administration
• Performing database backup and restoration
• Monitoring database backup status/report
• Monitoring all database connectivity and performance
• Monitoring database audit trial report
3. Design and Develop new software applications and report development
• Analyzing user requirements
• Designing, developing and coding for software application
• Testing new software development
• Document software application
• New/update existing reports based on user’s requisition
• Training end-users
• Go live
4. JDE Application Support and Maintenance
• Monitoring JDE Server Connectivity and Performance
• Tool Release, SRU update to fix application bugs or new feature enhancement
• Customize JDE module/Report to support business need
• Provide user’s troubleshooting
5. EPM (Financial Report/Reconciliation) Support and Maintenance
• Designing financial reports to meet business requirement
• Maintaining dimension, member and driver allocation to support new business need
• Maintaining Essbase database and Hyperion planning application
• Ensuring that Finance performs their month-end closing timely and smoothly
6. Request/Approval System (E-Form Centre) Support and Maintenance
• Monitoring approval routing is setup correctly and securely
• Initiating and Implementing new form to enhance users productivity and efficiency
• Cost effective, faster business process to response the market situation
• Providing integration framework for system integration
7. Project management on software development/ customization and implementation and ten other software application support and maintenance
• Work breakdown into task and assignment
• Monitoring project timeline, budget…
• Managing vendors/consultants
• Coordinate all stockholders to support the project
• Supporting and Maintaining all business applications in the company
Qualification:
– Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science
– At least 3 years of software development both on windows and web application/mobile
– At least 3 years of experiences in ERP system, Oracle JD Edwards is preferred
– Knowledge of software development life cycle
– Knowledge of programming language such Visual Basic, C#…
– Knowledge of electronic request and approval (E-Document Process)
– Knowledge of system integration
– Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
