Responsibilities:
- Quick respond email exchange to partner & supplier
- Calling to supplier or partner in case needed after email sent out.
- Effectively manages deadlines.
- Enters update data of our working process in internal databases.
- Generates and formats standard documents if needed
- Performs other related administrative support duties as requested.
- Sometime, to go out to hospital or accompany patient from hotel to hospital (Rare)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow/interpret procedures.
- Good computer skills, including the Microsoft suite of applications and Adobe, specially Ms. Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate effectively of English.
- Detail and service oriented.
Working Time:
- 6 days/week
- Will attend to work on some public holidays
- 8am-6pm (1h30 break, but need to check email by their smart phone and respond)
- 5days off / month
