Salary From $ 1,000 TO OPENED BASE ON QUALIFICATION
Job Description
· Overall management and development of the branch
· Drive and enhance customer service quality and promote teamwork to achieve service excellent
· Ensure control and compliance of relevant guidelines and policies
· All Branch Manager will report directly to Operation Manager to ensure the operation run smoothly
· Being a strategic partner with Branch Manager to ensure the effective management of staff rostering and relief to ensure optimal service levels and cost efficiencies
· Managing complaints handling processes and resolving escalated issues, including all the process inquiries.
· Initiate yearly business strategies, initiatives/project proposals, and performance management
· Manage branch performance and development to ensure high standard service quality and people expectation are met.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or Banking or related filed
– At least 2 years related experience in MFI or Banking industry
– Good communication, Interpersonal Skill and Integrity
– Familiar working with National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)
– Fluent in English communication
– Be able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality
