Responsibilities:
- Create & lead the entire 3‐year business strategy, operational plans, budgets, brand priorities, targets & financial review process in
- cooperation with Auskhmer Leadership team.
- Manage day to day operations – focusing on the P&L and all targets
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead, manage & hold accountable to clear objectives & KPI all staff
- Appraise staff performances and provide positive feedback to keep to instill pride and passion in the workplace
- Clearly forecast consumption, product requirements and maintain inventory & sales targets while controlling costs and minimizing waste
- Create and develop weekly in‐house sales drives and promotions and assist in the creation and development of special events
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Successfully promote, publicize and build the brand – The Providore
- Manage the Chef and oversee the kitchen team to ensure food quality is maintained at all times
- To conduct training modules, pre‐shift meetings and any other events for proper development of employees
- Must ensure that accurate inventories are taken and maintain all
- inventory records of beverages, guest & cleaning supplies, amenities and other applicable items.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as an Outlet Manager, F&B manager, Restaurant
- manager, Chef or similar position with the ability to oversee and manage a team of 10‐15 staff
- Able to manage a large range of F&B retail products (500 sku)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- A distinct passion for food and wine with the desire to improve one’s knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Khmer language would be appreciated
- Computer savvy in MSW, MS Excel, MS PP and familiar with POS operations
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute Financial management skills
- Culinary/Hotel school experience or Post
education degree
