Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Board of Directors
- Overall business operations and service deliveries
- Business acquisition and market penetration
- Company’s financial and non-financial goals
- Recruitment and management of both management and non-management staff
- Public Relation and relationship building with all stakeholders
- Branding development and communication
- Development of business plan and sales/marketing strategies
- Development and diversification of call center products/services
- Development of policies and procedures as well as sales and service cultures
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a well-established company
- Strong sales/marketing and Public Relation skills
- Combined entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills
- Good decision-making and problem solving skills
- Knowledge/experience of call center business is a plus
- Good command of English
