Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Overall business operations and service deliveries
  • Business acquisition and market penetration
  • Company’s financial and non-financial goals
  • Recruitment and management of both management and non-management staff
  • Public Relation and relationship building with all stakeholders
  • Branding development and communication
  • Development of business plan and sales/marketing strategies
  • Development and diversification of call center products/services
  • Development of policies and procedures as well as sales and service cultures
  • Corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a well-established company
  • Strong sales/marketing and Public Relation skills
  • Combined entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills
  • Good decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge/experience of call center business is a plus
  • Good command of English

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:30pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat

Salary Range: 1k$ up open nego

Commission: N/A

Allowance: N/A
