Salary From $ 2,000 TO OPENED BASE ON QUALIFICATION
Job Description
· Report directly to Chairman and Shareholder
· Develop the finance policies, procedure and manual for implementation
· Identify and develop on financial process, forms etc. to ensure it is properly implement with efficiency.
· Monitoring and managing compliance which relevant to MFI sector.
· Leading the finance sections to ensure it is the right direction which align with Vision, Core Value and strategies in place
· Develop and prepare the financial modeling and budgets
· Work closely as a financial team and manager other accounting staffs
· Tax declaration and accounting related work
· NBC External Auditor
· Perform other task assign by line manager
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree/Master Degree in of Accounting / Finance and Banking or equivalent filed
– At least 3 years related experience in Microfinance industry
– Good communication and interpersonal skill,
– Confident, Flexible and Creative
– Fluent in English communication
– Be able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality
