Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that service in restaurants & bars are carried out according to standards set out in the Restaurant Management manual.
- Responsilble for the day to day operation of the food & beverage deparment and all his sections, aboard the ship according to company´s instructions
- Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the passengers in restaurant, dinning rooms, buffets and all other food & beverage outlets by F&B employees.
- Responsible for the final delivery of all F&B products in accordance with company´s standards.
- Responsible for the overall implements, consumptions of all F&B polices and procedures pertain to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, consumptions, costs, qualities, menues, special parties and others
- Sets an example for the entire F&B department by always displaying impeccable behavior
- Assits guests in any special request, including but not limited to parties, special functions, special diets
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Comply with all health and safety regulation
- Join any meetings
- Provide on job trainings to the staff
- Recruitment and selection new staff
Requirements
- Management experience and used to work in Hotel or Restaurant.
- Experience working in F&B Manager for at least 2 years.
- Strong communication and sale.
- Good in English both writing and speaking
- Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
Minimum 2 years experiences with similar size Hotel/Condominium
Note: work at Mekong View Tower
Working Hour: 9:00am-2:00pm and 6:00pm-11:00pm ( have Lunch)( time work Spite)
Working Date: 1month day off 4day ( but day off 2day and 2day work kit luy oy)
Salary Range: 500$-600$
