Job Description:
- Find and open new M&E contractor, Electrical Engineering Consultant, Architecture account customers to promote Paragon Lighting product, retain and develop existing customers in Cambodia market
- Work with and support customer with quotation for project tender, product specification submission for project tender and deliver service values to customers, etc
- Get goals done quarterly and annually and carry out action plan assigned by direct Manager.
- Reports to upper Manager.
Qualifications:
- Sales engineer with 1-2 year experience at least
- University or College degree in Sales or Marketing or Business Management
Experience:
- More than 1-2 years in Sales or Marketing or Business Management
English and Computer skill:
- Can use English in speaking, listening & writing communicate well.
- Microsoft Office and explorer is a MUST
Soft and Sales skills:
- Hard working and positive thinking
- Good communication in Khmer is a MUST and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure to meet tight deadline
Benefit:
- Salary + quarter bonus, annual bonus when completing at least 80% of the sales target.
Gross Salary:
- USD 300.00/ month
