RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage associates to meet the needs of the business by demonstrating outstanding
    interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and
    telecommunications capabilities.
  • Answer questions from customers and provide guidance, instruction, orientation, and
    feedback.
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
  • Maintain good relationship between both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems.
  • Prepare Daily/monthly/annual results and performance reports.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement process.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in related fields as such business, economics, finance and banking, etc.
  • Ability to converse in English is essential.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge about the MS office
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
    company.
  • Result oriented with high integrity.
