Responsibilities:
- Assess Loan Application and Prepare Diary Note to ensure the compliance of Credit Policy before committee meeting
- Review the completeness of the Legal Documents and Collaterals before drawdown in conjunction with Customer Service Department
- Site Visit
- Inquire Customer Record on CBC
- Summarize meeting minute after Committee approval
- Attend Loan Committee
- Type Loan Contracts (Quick Loan)
- Coordinate Property Valuation
- Coordinate Insurance Purchase/Renewal
- Coordinate Cardkry Processing
- Prepare Monthly CBC Data Sample Based Verification with IT Department
- Prepare Monthly CBC Fee Reconciliation
- Prepare Deviation Report
- Prepare Monthly Report on Credit Risk’s Performance
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in banking management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year experience in banking services development.
- Knowledge in banking business, banking risk or banking operation.
- Demonstrate high passion, and commitment.
- Pleasant personality & professional responsibility
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (half day)
