Job Description
- Provide training for staffs on cleaning, pest and gardening management
- Provide training for new staff to understand the corporate performance standard
- Daily control and manage staff uniform to ensure the hygiene standard
- Daily check and control all equipment and machine to ensure readiness to implement the service
- Prepare and check all equipment and uniform in advance to ensure the readiness to service customer
- Work closely with admin and finance officer to provide any report of their working activities and equipment needed.
- Make the service schedule for operational staff to implement
- Assign the subordinates to implement service
- Manage the pest control team to complete the service at high customer satisfaction.
- Complete the service and ensure the service quality to meet customer satisfaction
- Implement other duties assigned by Assistant Operation Manager
- Report service completed to Assistant Operation Manager
- Solve the problems that happened during working at the field occurring by the staffs or the customers.
- Evaluate subordinate performance
Job Requirement
- Cambodian National only
- Ages between 20 to 35
- Bachelor Degree in Management or related fields
- Ability to make and presentation report to Operation Manager
- Firmly established self-motivation and time-management skills
- Good personality: Honest, Creative and innovative
- Mature attitude
Working Hour: 7:30am-11:30am/1:30pm-5:30am
Working Date: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: 180 USD to 250USD

Public Holiday: follow labor
