Requirement:

  • Female, age from 18 to 35
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill.
  • Team work and willing to work under pressure.
  • Good at speaking both Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
  • Honesty, work hard and be able to use Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with product and service information via phone call, Facebook, and email;
  • Answer calls and respond to emails ;
  • Ensure the customer complain will be Solving problem by manager
  • Enter new customer information into system;
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary;
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
  • Complete call log and produce call report daily, weekly, and monthly;
  • Other task assign by management.

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat (full)

Salary Range: 180$-250$

Commission: N/A

Public Holiday: Base on company

Other allowances: N/A
