Requirement:
- Female, age from 18 to 35
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill.
- Team work and willing to work under pressure.
- Good at speaking both Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
- Honesty, work hard and be able to use Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customers with product and service information via phone call, Facebook, and email;
- Answer calls and respond to emails ;
- Ensure the customer complain will be Solving problem by manager
- Enter new customer information into system;
- Follow up customer calls when necessary;
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
- Complete call log and produce call report daily, weekly, and monthly;
- Other task assign by management.
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (full)
Salary Range: 180$-250$
