Responsibilities:
- Research for new business venture ideas within company’s sector and initiate them by conducting feasibility study and developing a business plan;
- Study the market needs and trends and propose the expansion plan;
- Conduct Research and product development proposal;
- Develop and ensure the unique selling points and key differentiators all brands are clearly communicated to the market;
- Lead the business development sales team to increase revenue margin and other services;
- Represent the company in networking with other companies and associations to expand business networks;
- Develop marketing plans for new and/or current businesses by proposing strategies, tactics, and actions plans as well as marketing budget plan;
- Develop and manage all marketing communication tools including websites, newsletters, Facebook pages, brochures, flyers, banners and others;
- Develop and manage B2B, public and media relation strategies;
- Create excellent customer service strategies and lead the implementation;
- Ensure the marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing the plans;
- Achieve enrollments and/or revenue targets by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support;
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars;
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by managing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data;
- Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources;
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information;
- Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests;
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
- Completes business development department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
- Maintains business development department staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
- Maintains business development department staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
- Develops business development department staff by providing information, business opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities;
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending business network workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional associations; and
- Provide regular reports to General Manager on marketing and business development activities.

Requirement:
- Essential skills & experience:
- Holds a Master Degree of Business Management or a Bachelor of Business Management with at least three years’ relevant work experience;
- An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
- Has an enthusiastic attitude towards building a career as a Senior Business Development Manager;
- Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
- Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement; and
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft suite.
- Desirable:
- Prior experience working at a professional service company is an advantage;
- Prior experience working in a multicultural workplace is an advantage;

Working Hour: 8:00am-6:00pm (break 2hr)
