Responsibilities:

  • Seek opportunities for business development
  • Prospect for potential clients and convert them into business opportunities
  • Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements
  • Recruit, train, manage, and lead customer service and sales teams
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationship with partners and potential customers
  • Develop and communicate Company’s brand and products to the market
  • Assist in development of business plan, strategies, and products/services
  • Develop contact center policies and procedures

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in a business related field
  • Sales and business development experience
  • Ability to present, discuss and propose at a senior level
  • Good prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong sales/marketing, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Knowledge/experience of call center business is a plus
  • Positive/can-do attitude
  • Good command of English

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:30pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat

Salary Range: 1000$-1500$

Commission: N/A

Allowance: N/A

Public Holiday: follow labor law
