Responsibilities:
- Seek opportunities for business development
- Prospect for potential clients and convert them into business opportunities
- Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements
- Recruit, train, manage, and lead customer service and sales teams
- Develop and maintain strategic relationship with partners and potential customers
- Develop and communicate Company’s brand and products to the market
- Assist in development of business plan, strategies, and products/services
- Develop contact center policies and procedures
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in a business related field
- Sales and business development experience
- Ability to present, discuss and propose at a senior level
- Good prospecting and closing skills
- Strong sales/marketing, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Knowledge/experience of call center business is a plus
- Positive/can-do attitude
- Good command of English
