Responsibilities:
- Check room list for knowing guests in the house and check out
- Prepare the beverage items before operation hour
- Make schedule to clean bar counter and bar area
- Check stock, and inventory in daily and monthly
- Make the daily purchasing order, and check invoice
- Take order and Issue the Bill to customers
- Follow the restaurant & cashier operations procedure
- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Maintain daily report of transactions
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently based on the procedure
- Professional stamp paid usage
- Compute and record totals of transactions
- Make and Mix ingredient for the special mock tail & cocktail
- Set up items of foods and drinks into the computer system
- Greeting the customers, and serve snacks and drinks
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Requirement:
- 2 years experiences, Experience in Italy Restaurant is preferred
- Undergraduate, Bachelor, or equivalent related
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing and serving drinks
- Ability to use the ordering system and POS system
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Good hygiene and grooming
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & email …)
- Good at English Languages (Be able to Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading)
- Be able to work under pressure, and diversity
- Be honest, polite, good attitude/ behavior, strong commitment, hard-working

Working Hour: 11-2:30PM / 5:30-10:30PM
Working Date: 1week day off 1day
Salary Range: 250$-300$
